Overview

P-ESDM certification is now available for professionals practicing as Certified ESDM Therapists & Trainers who have completed the ESDM Parent Coaching workshop. 

 

We have written a detailed explanation of all the steps of this process and the needed time for completion in the P-ESDM Certification Action Plan.

To participate, applicants must meet the following requirements: 

• Hold certification in ESDM Direct Intervention for 6+ months.  

• Begin certification in ESDM Parent Coaching within 2 years of completing the ESDM Parent Coaching Workshop. 
  (An exception applies for participants who completed the workshop after January 1, 2020, through December 2025) 

• Complete certification in ESDM Parent Coaching within 14 months  

• Actively coach a minimum of 3 or more families during the certification period to avoid delays in certification completion.
